What applies to everything
- Final prices
- What you see is what you pay, VAT included. The rate is the same for everyone.
- Everything in writing
- Every quote, every approval and every round is put in writing, by email or in the chat.
- Reply within 48 hours
- Anything you send us from the site gets a reply within 48 hours.
- Business days
- Deadlines are counted in business days and start with the first payment and the complete material.
- What's yours is yours
- Your music, your photos and your rights stay yours. Working with us doesn't change that.
- Your data
- We use your data only for your project, as the data policy says.

The rules
- A round is a single message with all your changes.
- Final files are delivered when you pay the balance.
- Deadlines run from the first payment and the complete material.
- Changing the arrangement or the production of the track isn't a mixing round: we talk it over and quote it separately.
- If you don't reply within 30 days, we close the job and the first payment covers the work done.
