Your data

Data controller

Discos Eterna S.A.S., NIT 901.854.034-3, Cali, Colombia. Email for data matters: discoseterna@gmail.com.

What data we collect

The data the artist gives us in the brief: artist name, city, email, WhatsApp, agency, links to their social media and their music, texts about their project, photos, logo and press material.

What we use it for

To make their EPK, contact them about their order, invoice them and, if they authorize it, publish their booking contact on the EPK. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, other than the providers that host the site and the files.

Where it is stored

In the site's private storage, accessible only to the label's team.

How we measure site usage

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people navigate the site: where they click, how far down each page they scroll, where the pointer moves, and recordings of the visit. We use it only to improve the site. What you type into forms is not recorded: Clarity always masks it, and the content of forms with personal data is masked as well.

Clarity sets two cookies from this site: one stores a pseudonymous identifier for your browser to recognize your visits (_clck) and the other links the pages of a single visit (_clsk). It also sets Microsoft cookies, including MUID, which Microsoft uses across its sites for analytics, advertising and its operations. You can block cookies in your browser and the site keeps working the same way. Microsoft processes that data according to its privacy statement.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may access, update and correct their data, request proof of the authorization, find out how it is used, file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, and revoke the authorization or ask for their data to be deleted when there is no legal duty to keep it. Just write to the email above.

Authorization

It is given by checking the box in the brief. We keep the date and time of that authorization.
