Handmade EPK
Who provides the services
Discos Eterna S.A.S., NIT 901.854.034-3, domiciled in Cali, Colombia. Address for notices: por confirmar. Email: discoseterna@gmail.com. Phone: +57 310 778 3559.
What it is
A custom web EPK made by the label from the brief the artist fills in. The brief creates no obligation to pay: the contract begins with the first payment.
Price and payments
The EPK has a base price of 600,000 COP, VAT included; anything beyond the base scope is quoted in writing before work begins. Hosting and domain are not included. It is paid in two equal installments: the first to begin and the second upon written approval of the EPK. Base price valid until November 30, 2026. Each payment comes with its electronic invoice. The yearly renewal costs 178,500 COP, VAT included.
Timing and deliveries
- Your brief. You tell us about your project, build your moodboard and leave us your material. That's what you're doing right now.
- Creative direction proposal. After the first payment, within 3 business days we send you a page with your palette, your typography, your main photo and the order of your EPK. You approve it before we build.
- Production. We write your texts from your facts and build your EPK. First version in 7 business days.
- Two rounds. You send your changes in a single message per round.
- Going live. Once you approve it in writing and pay the balance, it goes live on your domain or on the label's.
We reply to every brief within 48 hours.
Rounds of revisions
Includes 2 rounds. Changes are sent in a single submission per round, through the form. If the artist does not reply within 5 business days, that round closes. The balance is only charged with the artist's written approval. Changes outside the label's template are quoted separately. If the project sits idle for 30 days, it is closed and the first payment covers the work done.
Right of withdrawal
The artist may withdraw within the 5 business days following the first payment. Because the service is personalized, express consent to begin production is requested at the time of payment; from that moment, the exception in article 47 of Ley 1480 de 2011 applies, for services already begun with the artist's agreement and for goods made to the artist's specifications. If the withdrawal is valid, the money is refunded within the legal deadlines.
Mixing & mastering
Price. Mixing and mastering from 600,000 COP per track, up to 20 stems; every 10 additional stems (or fraction thereof) add 200,000 COP. Mastering: 180,000 COP per track. Packages of 3 tracks of the same service: 500,000 COP for the masters and 1,600,000 COP for the mixes with mastering (up to 20 stems per track). Final prices, VAT included.
Payments. Half to begin and half before the final files are delivered. A quote made on the site creates no obligation to pay: the service begins with the first payment, after we confirm in writing the price and that the material is complete.
Timing. First version in 7 business days for mixing and mastering and in 3 for mastering, counted from the first payment and the complete material. For several tracks, the schedule is agreed in writing.
Rounds. Includes two rounds of revisions, each in a single submission. An extra round costs 80,000 COP. Changing the arrangement or the production of the track is not a mixing round and is quoted separately.
Delivery. WAV 24-bit, WAV 16-bit at 44.1 kHz and MP3 320. The music and its rights remain the artist's.
Withdrawal. The same terms as for the EPK apply: 5 business days from the first payment, unless the artist asked for the work to begin earlier, since it is a service made to the artist's specifications (Ley 1480 de 2011, article 47).
