The rules
- A round is a single message with all your changes.
- Final files are delivered when you pay the balance.
- Deadlines run from the first payment and the complete material.
- Changing the arrangement or the production of the track isn't a mixing round: we talk it over and quote it separately.
- If you don't reply within 30 days, we close the job and the first payment covers the work done.

How to prepare your material
For mixing & mastering
- Export each track or group as a stem: one file per element (kick, bass, vocals, synths).
- Stems as 24-bit WAV, at your session's sample rate (44.1 or 48 kHz).
- They all start at the same point, from bar 1, and are the same length.
- No limiter or effects on the master bus. Keep the effects that are part of the sound on each stem.
- Peaks below -6 dB on each stem.
- A clear name for each stem: Kick, Bass, Lead vocal.
- In the notes: BPM, key and what you like or don't like about your current mix.
- Put all the stems for one track in a folder, compress it as a .zip and upload it here. If it's over the size limit, paste a Drive or WeTransfer link.
For mastering
- Your final mix as a 24-bit WAV.
- No limiter on the master, and leave headroom: peaks around -6 dB.
- A reference and what it's for: club, streaming or both.
